RESPONSIBILITIES:
Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
Build strong rapport with customers.
Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous dealership experience is a huge plus
Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales
Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
Have quality customer service skills
Possess strong communication skills
Must have a clean & valid driver's license
Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Maintaining a clean work environment includes spill cleanup and general housekeeping
Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry.
Perform multi point inspection on every customer vehicle.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have previous experience as an automotive technician
Strong automotive background
Strong teamwork skills
Must be able to lift and move items weighing up to or exceeding 50lbs
Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
Must have clean & valid driver's license
